AGA’S HOUSE travels back to France, as part of official selection at 15th Central and Eastern European Film Festival in Rouen, to be held from 3 – 8 March 2020.

15th Central and Eastern European Film Festival has a mission to discover the latest films from Central and Eastern European countries, new and innovative films, both by their form and their content, on societies where they come from.

AGA’S HOUSE travels back to India @ BIFFES, the Bengaluru International Film Festival

AGA’S HOUSE travels back to India as part of contemporary world cinema selection at 12th edition of BIFFES, the Bengaluru International Film Festival scheduled to be held during February 26th – March 4th, 2020 in Bengaluru City.

The film festival is being organized by the Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy for the Government of Karnataka. Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka State in India, is an important center of International film culture in keeping with Karnataka’s glorious heritage and the State’s achievements in the fields of literature, fine arts, and cinema. The Kannada Film Industry has made significant contribution to the quality and range of cinematic expression and grown to produce over 200 films every year. Films from Karnataka have won national and international recognition and critical acclaim at various International Film Festivals, over the years.

AGA’S HOUSE Travels Back to Spain @ Festival Internacional de Cine y Derechos Humanos de València

AGA’S HOUSE travels back to Spain to be part of International Film and Human Rights Festival of Valencia – HUMANS FEST, to be held from 18th February to 1st March 2020.

The International Film and Human Rights Festival of Valencia – HUMANS FEST is organized by Funadación por la Justicia, in collaboration with different NGOs from Valencia. The main aim is to sensitize and raise awareness about Humans Rights through art and culture. 

The purpose of the Festival is to promote a kind of cinema that shakes hearts and minds of society. For this reason we bet on a selection of documentaries, offering a rough and first handed looks at different themes treated: LGBTI rights, the right to access to education, immigration among others. 

Aga’s House – Egyptian Premiere @ Aswan International Women Film Festival

Aga’s House by Lendita Zeqiraj will have its Egyptian Premiere at Aswan International Women Film Festival to be held from February 10th – 16th, 2020.

Established in 2017 by Mohamed Abdel Khaled, Aswan International Women Film Festival has quickly become one of Egypt’s premier film events. It is conducted in coordination between the Egyptian ministries of culture and tourism, under the supervision of the National Council for Women. The festival attracts an international audience of celebrities and politicians from the Arab world and beyond.
