AGA’S HOUSE travels back to France, as part of official selection at 15th Central and Eastern European Film Festival in Rouen, to be held from 3 – 8 March 2020.
15th Central and Eastern European Film Festival has a mission to discover the latest films from Central and Eastern European countries, new and innovative films, both by their form and their content, on societies where they come from.
“AGA’S HOUSE” by Lendita Zeqiraj will have it’s French Premiere at Les Arcs Film Festival, as part of HAUTEUR Section, A selection of bold films tackling contemporary major subjects. Nothing is too difficult to grasp for these authors, personally selected across Europe by Festival’s Artistic Director, Frederic Boyer!
The Festival has become a major cultural event with a focus on the promotion of the European in its diversity and of the many talents our continent has to offer. Located in the Alps, in one of the most beautiful ski resorts in the world, the Festival gives you both the chance to enjoy the first snows of the year and to attend screenings all day long in the presence of their crews. Unforgettable parties, special events, concerts and DJ sets are also organized at night!
AGA’S HOUSE by Lendita Zeqiraj has been selected to have its World Premiere and to be an opening film of 54th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.
The Karlovy Vary International Film Festival is the largest film festival in the Czech Republic and the most prestigious such festival in Central and Eastern Europe. It is one of the oldest A-list film festivals, a category it shares with the festivals in Cannes, Berlin, Venice, San Sebastian, Moscow, Montreal, Shanghai, and Tokyo. Among filmmakers, buyers, distributors, sales agents, and journalists, KVIFF is considered the most important event in all of Central and Eastern Europe.
Every year, the festival presents some 200 films from around the world, and regularly hosts famous and important filmmakers. This year’s edition will be held from 28th June to 6th July 2019.
